We confirm fit and come back with an approach, or a shortlist of available cleared candidates and rates.
Selection
You interview or assess. We handle scheduling, referee checks and clearance verification in the background.
Mobilisation
Contract executed under the panel arrangement, onboarding coordinated, and a named account contact for the duration.

Clearances and vetting
Cleared personnel
We hold and place personnel at clearance levels up to Positive Vetting (PV), and have delivered inside defence and national security environments where that is a precondition of entry.
Verified before submission
Clearance status and currency are confirmed as part of screening, so a shortlist does not fall over at the security check.
